Welcome to toollens ("the Service"), operated from India and available worldwide at toollens.ai. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What toollens is

toollens is a discovery platform for AI tools: a searchable catalogue, tool profiles with pricing and rating information, aggregated AI/tech news, a community, and a project planner. We are an independent directory — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the third-party tools we list.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (reviews, ratings, community posts, comments, submitted tools). By posting, you grant toollens a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content within the Service. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive (including undisclosed paid reviews), infringing, or spam. We may remove content that violates these rules.

4. Accuracy of information

Tool details — including pricing — are collected automatically from public sources or curated with a verification date, and can be out of date or wrong. Always verify pricing and terms with the tool's own website before purchasing. toollens is not responsible for decisions made based on listed information.

5. News aggregation

News items are aggregated from public feeds with clear attribution and links to the original source. Copyright in the underlying articles remains with their publishers. Publishers who wish their content removed can contact us (Section 9) and we will act promptly.

6. Acceptable use

• No attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• No scraping at volumes that degrade the Service (search engines and AI crawlers following our robots.txt are welcome).
• No use of the Service to distribute malware or unlawful material.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, toollens is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or from third-party tools discovered through it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change and continued use constitutes acceptance. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
